We only offer Conditional Exchange if you face quality issues with the product.

  • A request can be initiated by getting in touch with our customer care teamvia Facebook/Instagram with your order number, transaction date, delivery date, delivery address and image of the concerned item.
  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of receipt of the said shipment. The Quality Department of the Company will look into the issue and get right back to you.
  • The orders those are customized or given a discount on are not eligible for Return or Refund.
